How are products sourced?

Products are ethically sourced and either created with our African partners and/or hand-picked and verified for quality by our founder, Ashley.

We aim to support local African communities through the support of women cooperatives in the respective regions that train rural women.

Are products available as a subscription?

At this time, products are not offered via subscription.

How do I update my billing/shipping address?

To update your billing info, access your customer account, through your login. If you do not have a registered account, create an account using the same email address used at checkout. You can also access your account using the Customer Portal here.

In the Billing Information tab you’ll find your current method of payment along with your current billing address. You can update your credit card, billing, shipping, and email address.

When will my order ship?

Melanin Botanical products ship within 2-5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Your shipping carrier of choice can take up to 7-10 business days to deliver.

Do you ship outside the US?

At this time, Melanin Botanical ships within the United States and U.S. territories.
